Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck (may use 1/2 turkey meat)
    2 jars Ragu chunky spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large chopped green pepper
    1/2 bunch celery, chopped (chop leaves also)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder, basil, oregano and thyme
Preparation
    Brown meat in large pot with onion, pepper, celery stalk, salt and pepper until meat is done and veggies begin to tenderize.
    Add remaining ingredients, including chopped celery leaves and simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
