Yum Yum Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small fryer (or 8 chicken wings or 4 breasts)
20 saltine crackers
1/2 c. parsley flakes
2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt butter and brush onto clean, dry chicken pieces.
In a bowl, combine crackers and spices; crush. Dip buttered chicken into dry mixture and place into a baking pan. Pour remaining butter over chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes (longer for more chicken).
Good with wild rice!
