Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 large pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. milk
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed.
    Pour half of the batter into a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
