Seafood Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucine
3/4 lb. butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb. bay scallops
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. chopped basil
salt and red pepper flakes to taste
Preparation

Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain.
In a large skillet, melt butter.
Add garlic and onion; saute until onion is tender.
Add shrimp and scallops; saute about 5 minutes. Season with parsley, basil, salt and red pepper.
Place hot fettucine in a serving dish.
Add seafood.
Toss gently to mix. Serve immediately.
