Chicken And Ham Rolls(Ala Suisse) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
    6 thin slices boned ham
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan with foil. Using a mallet flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
    Place a piece of ham on each piece of chicken; roll up from short end. Secure with toothpick if necessary.
    Combine egg, 1 tablespoon mustard and 2 tablespoons water; mix well.
    Mix together Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and bread crumbs. Dip rolls in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture.
