Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can ripe olives, chopped
    3/4 c. flour
    salt to taste
    4 1/2 c. water
    chili powder to taste as spicy as desired
Preparation
    Gravy should be rather thin.
    In another skillet, heat oil and fry tortillas (flat).
    (Do not cook hard.)
    Put tortillas in gravy; remove to 9 x 13-inch pan and put spoonful of ground meat mixture in tortilla.
    Roll up.
    When finished, put remainder of gravy over enchiladas.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
