Gourmet Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 cans beef broth
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl.
    Form into balls and brown in butter in a Dutch oven.
    Add rest of onions and saute.
    Add broth.
    Heat.
    Thicken with flour and water mixture. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
