London Broiled Roast With Gravy-Mustard Marinade - cooking recipe

2 lb. London broil roast, trim off fat
3 Tbsp. country Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Place meat in large baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and blend well, using wire whisk or blender.
Pour mixture over meat.
Let marinate for 30 minutes, turning several times.
Remove meat and place in broiler pan.
Broil 3 or 4 inches from heat.
Cook 7 minutes on each side for medium rare or cook until desired doneness.
Brush with remaining marinade after first turn.
