Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. margarine or shortening
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Measure flour, sugar and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add margarine, milk and bananas.
    Mix at low speed for 1 minute.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan which has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
