Casserole Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked macaroni
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; set aside. Brown beef, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat.
    Remove excess grease.
    Add salt, oregano, soup, water and cooked macaroni.
    Pour mixture into greased casserole dish; garnish with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
