Chicken And Spinach Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen spinach, partially thawed
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
    10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    crushed crackers or salad croutons
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 1 1/2 to 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Arrange spinach in dish; top with chicken.
    In medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; blend well. Spoon over the chicken.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs (or croutons).
    Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until hot.
    Serves 4.
