Oriental Shrimp And Snow Peas Express - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dry Marsala wine
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    4 scallions, sliced 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. snow peas
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
Preparation
    Combine Marsala wine, teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper; set sauce aside.
    Butterfly shrimp by slitting lengthwise without cutting through.
    In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat.
    Add shrimp and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Transfer shrimp to a platter.
    Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add scallions
    and stir for 1 minute.
    Add sauce, snow peas, ginger and garlic; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute.
    Makes 4 servings.
