Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
juice of 2 lemons (or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip (to be added just before serving)
Preparation

Mix together ingredients except whipped cream or Cool Whip. Cook until thickened.
(Can be prepared a day ahead.)
Chill. Before serving, fold in 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip.
