Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
    4 carrots, grated
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all the vegetables together.
    Mix milk, mayonnaise, sugar, pepper and salt.
    Pour everything over cooled macaroni and mix well.
    Make a day before serving.
