Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 small can (15 1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn
    1 small can (15 1/2 oz.) cream-style corn
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 Jiffy muffin mix
Preparation
    Single recipe (multiply by 3 for standard cafeteria pans).
