Spinach Fandango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    shredded or stripped Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano; add salt and pepper.
    Top with frozen spinach; cover.
    Steam until spinach separates.
    Mix together soup and sour cream.
    Cover spinach. Heat until warmed.
    Garnish with cheese.
    Steam until melted. Serves 6.
