Kahlua(Coffee Liqueur) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. Antigua instant coffee (or Maxwell House or any kind!)
brandy (1 pt. to 1 fifth (depending on strength desired)
1 vanilla bean
4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Combine coffee, water and sugar.
Stir until dissolved; let cool.
Add brandy.
Pour into 2 bottles.
Cut vanilla bean into quarters.
Add 1/2 bean to each bottle.
Age in dark, cool place for at least 1 month.
