Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pinto beans, cooked and mashed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Cream with sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and mashed beans; mix well.
    Add pecans.
    Pour into unbaked shell.
    Bake for about 45 minutes, or until firm.
