Crispy Bacon Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peeled and deveined raw or thawed frozen medium shrimp
    3 minced cloves garlic
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. crumbled basil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    20 to 25 slices bacon, halved
Preparation
    In shrimp are frozen, thaw on paper toweling to absorb moisture.
    Combine all remaining ingredients except bacon.
    When shrimp are completely defrosted, pour marinade over them.
    Let shrimp marinate in refrigerate several hours.
    Drain.
    Wrap each shrimp in bacon and secure with toothpick.
    Broil until shrimp are pink and bacon crisp.
    When serving, replace burnt toothpicks with fresh ones.
    Yields 6 appetizer servings.
