Sand Dollar Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Hoovers corn meal (fine grind)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix corn meal and garlic salt in medium bowl and add water, stirring to a thin consistency, but not too thin.
In a frying pan, medium to high heat, using a tablespoon, spoon mixture into hot cooking oil (not deep).
Each patty should spread to about 3-inches round.
Fry until golden brown and crispy around the edges, turning with spatula.
Drain on paper towels before serving.
