Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    5 c. white flour
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients in a very large bowl (4 to 5-quart).
    Pour over the boiling water; stir to combine.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water; mix both together.
    Stir in 5 cups white flour.
    Knead dough, in bowl, for approximately 10 minutes, adding flour as needed.
    Place dough in covered, greased bowl; let rise until doubled in size.
    Punch down; shape into 2 loaves. Place in two 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool on rack on side; brush with margarine for a soft crust.
    Makes 2 loaves.
