Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Sprinkle nuts and coconut into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour cake mixture over nuts and coconut.
Cream together the cream cheese, oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cake mixture. Do not spread.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
