Easy Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    cherry pie filling (other fruit filling may be substituted)
Preparation
    Put vanilla wafer in cupcake paper.
    Add a small dab of butter or oleo
    on
    top
    of
    wafer.
    Mix
    cream
    cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar
    and egg until smooth.
    Spoon mixture on top of wafer and
    butter or oleo until cupcake paper 1/2 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; cool slightly. Spoon 1 tablespoon
    of
    cherry
    pie
    filling
    on top of cooked tart.
