Beef Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 lb. beef (chuck or round), cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    3 c. hot, cooked noodles
Preparation
    Place roast in baking dish.
    Put 1 package of Lipton dried onion soup in with the roast.
    Add water and black pepper.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until done.
