Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, cubed
2 tomatoes, cubed
1 small onion, sliced
3 to 4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 tsp. capers
8 c. mixed salad greens
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation

Combine first 13 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Arrange salad greens on individual plates and top with avocado mixture. Garnish, if desired, with carambola slices.
