Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 1 hour.
    Melt cheese in milk.
    Add margarine, salt and onion, mixing well.
    Pour over potatoes in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Chill for several hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
