Creamy Potato Salad(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    diced pimento
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/2 c. low-cal mayonnaise
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 hard-cooked egg, diced or sliced for on top
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes 25 minutes, until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Peel and cube and transfer to a large bowl.
    Stir in celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and relish.
