English Muffin Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. water
2 c. milk
2 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, salt, sugar and soda.
Heat liquids to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Add to dry ingredients; beat.
Stir in rest of flour.
Spoon into 2 greased pans.
Sprinkle tops with corn meal (optional).
(Will be sticky.)
Let rise 45 minutes in warm place.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
