Crustless Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
1/4 c. shortening, melted
Preparation

Put cranberries in greased 9-inch glass pie plate.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over them.
Spread nuts on top.
Bake eggs; add sugar and flour, beating well.
Add butter/oleo and shortening; beat well.
Pour over cranberries.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Serve warm.
Slices may be heated in microwave oven as needed.
