Chew Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 box light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Blend in flour.
    Stir in vanilla and pecans.
    Spread batter into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool.
    Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
