Cheese-Topped Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
1/3 to 1/2 c. creamy Italian garlic dressing*
4 to 6 oz. Lake to Lake Chedarella cheese
Preparation

Wash mushrooms; remove stems.
Fill each mushroom cap with about 1/2 teaspoon dressing.
Place mushrooms on broiler pan or cookie sheet.
Cut cheese into 1 x 1 x 1/4-inch slices; top each mushroom with cheese slice.
Heat broiler.
Broil mushrooms 5 to 6-inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Makes 3 dozen.
