Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onions
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine the first 9 ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Gradually add flour and milk, stirring until it boils and thickens.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
