Yeast Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. warm milk
    1 c. warm water with 1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pinch salt
    1 egg
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together; let rise 2 hours.
    Roll out on floured board and cut with donut cutter.
    Let rise 1 more hour and fry in deep hot fat.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon or plain sugar.
