Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, cubed
    2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and garlic salt together.
    Add hash browns.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Top with parmesan cheese and extra cheddar, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
