Chicken Hoagie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans Hormel chunk chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. crushed parsley, mashed
1 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced black olives
6 Hogan rolls
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Slice rolls lengthwise. Butter both sides and toast under broiler. Spread bottom half with chicken mixture.
Top with grated cheese. Garnish with green peppers and olives. Return to oven and broil until cheese is melted. Remove and top with other side of bread.
