Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 c. hot pear juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 large can pears, drained and mashed
1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. cream, whipped or Dream Whip
Preparation
- 
                            Dissolve gelatin in hot pear juice.
Mix in pears and cream cheese.
Mixer or food processor can be used.
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into large mold or 2 small molds.
Chill until firm.
