Shredded Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. rice, uncooked
    1 lg. onion, diced
    1 can water
    2-1/2-3 c. shredded cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat lightly.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add soup, water and rice.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Spread cabbage evenly in large flat casserole dish.
    Spoon the meat mixture over. Do not stir.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 or 1-1/2 hours.
