Chicken And Rice Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boned chicken, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2/3 c. quick cook rice
    1 envelope onion soup mix or broccoli soup mix
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in 1 1/2-quart microproof casserole.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook on High for 14 to 15 minutes, stirring twice during cooking time.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
