Safflower Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. safflower oil
2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a medium bowl, place flour.
Add oil.
Stir with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
Add 2 tablespoons water.
Stir until dough holds together, additional water only if needed.
Press firmly into a ball.
Sufficient pastry for 6 turnovers or a 9-inch pie shell.
