Seashells And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. shell pasta
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    2 chopped onions
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes, squished by hand
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated is better)
    salt and pepper
    sausage (optional) *
Preparation
    *Robert likes to cook crumbled sausage in the skillet first to add flavor and texture to this dish.
    If you want to try this, decrease the amount of oil.
