Dottie'S Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium yellow squash, sliced thin
    1/2 c. onion, sliced thin
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, sliced thin
    1/2 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 clove crushed garlic
Preparation
    Combine vinegar and seasoning.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Chill in covered bowl about 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Good for salad or side dish.
    Will keep in refrigerator for two weeks.
