Steak 'N Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1/4 c. enriched flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. condensed beef broth
    4 medium potatoes, cut 1/4-inch slices
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cut steak into pieces.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat meat with flour mixture.
    In skillet, brown meat slowly in hot fat, for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add broth.
    Cover tightly; simmer for 30 minutes, until almost tender.
    Place potatoes and onions over meat.
    Cover tightly; cook slowly for 35 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
    Serves 6.
