Chicken Nuggets With A Punch - cooking recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbl. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 cup finely ground breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 tsp. honey
2 tbl. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into large chunks. Mix oil, garlic, and pepper with chicken pieces and marinate about 30 minutes. Combine breadcrumbs and cayenne pepper on a plate or shallow bowl. Roll chicken pieces in breadcrumbs and place on large cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 475\u00b0 for about 15 minutes until browned and cooked through. For extra browning, broil for a few more minutes.
