Divinity Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, beaten until standing in peaks
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup, water and salt and cook until it forms a brittle ball when dropped into cold water.
    Pour slowly over egg whites and beat until it loses gloss and holds shape.
    Drop on waxed paper by teaspoonfuls or pour into greased pan.
