Vegetable Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 slices toast, crumbled
Preparation

Saute onion and meat in butter.
Add vegetables and soup. Pour in buttered casserole.
Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
