Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix eggs, salt, and vanilla together.
Set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan, add sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Add this to egg mixture and beat well.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
