Potato Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 large c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. milk
    flour (about 5 c.)
Preparation
    Beat potatoes, sugar and melted butter together.
    Add the beaten eggs, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and milk; beat.
    Stir in about 5 cups flour.
    Pat out on floured surface; drop into hot oil.
