Good N Easy Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Stir.
    Add flour.
    Mix well.
    Dough should be fairly stiff, but not dry.
    Let rest for 5 minutes.
    Oil pans well.
    Press dough onto pans with hands.
    Put toppings desired.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown and bubbly (around 15 minutes).
