Molasses Cutouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soft margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 c. molasses
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together thoroughly margarine, sugar, egg and molasses. Sift together and stir in flour, soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon. Chill dough at least 2 hours.
    Roll out thick (1/4-inch).
    Cut into desired shapes.
    Cool and frost as desired.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
