Buttery Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. bread, broken into cube pieces
3 Tbsp. melted butter
raisins to taste
cinnamon to taste
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. milk
Preparation

In a buttered casserole (9 x 9-inch), put bread. Sprinkle butter over bread.
Sprinkle with raisins.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk. Pour mixture over bread. Sprinkle a little more cinnamon over top.
Do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
